Personally, I find using f.lux and running all screens at 10-20% brightness more pleasant than dark mode.
Depending of course on the individual screen, so occasionally it can be higher. And my phone outdoors on a sunny day may very well be at 100%.
- yazzku 4y agoSame. I'm no doctor here but setting screen brightness to ambient level (typically low at 20-30%) with proper contrast can't be underestimated. And Flux or "night light" 24/7 to cut the blue.
