Could you give more detail about how capital gains taxed at a lower percentage than salary/profit has far-reaching consequences?

Except you can't legally park and live in them in many cities. Sure you can relocate if you get caught, but how many times before they catch on and you get in big trouble? Its a more practical way to break the rules, but in most plac

Is running the docker image on a fresh standard AMI [1] all it takes to get a working tensorflow backed by the GPU? There is nothing you need to install on the host OS? [1] for example: Ubuntu 14.04 (HVM) public ami, ami-06116566

I tried to build a nice, cheap small house and ran into these exact same regulations. Almost all of the regulations we hit were from the 'International Building Code' which covers a large part of the US. I'd say building a

Yeah I think that is what I mean. I want one class attribute to be a function of another class attribute. This may be naive but here is an example of what I want to be able to do: class User(graphene.ObjectType): name = graphene

Is there a way to define attributes as a function of other attributes? I poked through the documentation and tried to prototype it but couldn't get it to work. Am I missing something?

We are making very similar points I think. My main point is that it is not a given that we must simulate a human brain to get super human AI. We may, we may not, we dont know, neural networks or otherwise.

I agree with everything but the last. Simulating a human brain is perhaps necessary for consciousness uploading, but not for super human ai. We have been able to travel faster by machine than foot for a long time, in spite of not being ab

I'm not sure, but perhaps it is similar to local voting rights? Do tourists get the right to vote in local elections, or do they have to prove to have lived there for some length of time first?

I share your optimism, however it isn't obvious from the paper how many hyper-parameters and different variations of the loss function were tried to get this result. It is still cool that something so heuristic can work so well.

We have to use a mix of pypi and conda since quite a few of our dependencies are not in conda. We have a script which checks conda first, then falls back to pypi, all from one requirements.txt

It is common for opioids like cocaine, heroin, etc. It is not common for marijuana, psychedelics, etc. With these there is some tolerance that can be built, but it doesn't take very long to get back to baseline.

The typical size of paper used to carry one dose is 1/4" square. Cutting that into 10 equal sized pieces would be relatively tedious. It also assumes that the LSD is distributed evenly across the paper.

voicecode.io is far ahead of anything else in terms of out of the box programming by voice. Everything else requires a lot of up front effort and essentially designing your own language before you can be productive.
