If you consider SAAS and locked-down subscription models to be innovative, then this is definitely true.

If it seems like this scanning is working as advertised, this will be a great marketing stunt for Apple. Actual predators will stop using Apple products out of fear of getting caught and they will be forced to use Android. Now any person wh

I find it funny how inverting a binary tree is used as an example of a bad leetcode problem. This problem seems more like a fizzbuzz test, anyone who knows recursion should be able to solve it on their own.

I don't understand how unions would help here. Closed platforms are in the interest of developers. Devs make a good amount of money on closed platforms like iOS. Closed platforms are not in the interest of users.

I feel that this is an excuse often used by people who want to do virtue signalling but also want a big paycheck along with it. The number of talented people in any industry are always limited. If enough people refuse to work at places that

Increase in population definitely accelerates climate change. If the world's population doubled to around 16 billion, would humanity's carbon footprint remain the same?

The fertility rate of the state in question might be more relevant here which seems to be about 3.0 [0]. These conversations miss the fact that the actual distribution of the people in the country is very relevant. If you have ever been to

Linux on laptops/desktops will only survive if Microsoft maintains their model of working on different types of hardware and not insisting on being the hardware controller. With so many people embracing Apple's approach of one com

I believe what they are saying (hoping for?) is that since there are many Windows compatible laptops with touchscreens (unlike macbooks), Android app experience on them might be better.

What people miss in these discussions about going full remote is that the market for software developers is very good right now but this won't last forever. Many companies are surely going to embrace full-remote once they have built up

Honestly, Stadia would have worked out fine had they started it with a game pass model. Pay a monthly fee and get a library of games to play. They could have later allowed people to buy games 'forever' as well.

Absolutely, I am not trying to defend that stupidity here. Also, it was not a 'few' people not wearing masks. It has always been a few people wearing masks. And what qualifies as a mask for most people should really be questioned

I don't believe that the protestors have a moral high ground in this particular case. Many of them receive free electricity and all of them don't pay any taxes (no matter how much they earn). In states like Punjab, the farmers hav
