I could see how this could be faster. At the end of the day, after the browser does all of its highly optimized processing of the dom, html, and CSS, it is issuing drawing commands that are the same as the ones you make on canvas. Canvas sk

JavaScriptCore can’t JIT when run in process, the entitlement isn’t there on your app, so the kernel won’t let it. I think that’s part of the reason for WKWebView (which runs the browser in a separate process and proxies it).

The thing that bothers me about this problem is that (as far as I recall) it's not asserted that the host always gives the player a chance to switch. If the host sometimes gives people a choice and sometimes doesn't, based on unk

In the past, I used a grid of random characters (a tabula recta) that I keep in my wallet, plus an algorithm for pulling passwords out of it. This system broke down when I was forced to change passwords on various sites.

Yeah, both my health insurance company and the company that eventually bought my mortgage have both sent me letters. And this point I just dump them in a folder in the filing cabinet with the rest.

istat menus seems to better report aggregate memory usage. I’m getting 750 mb for Safari on a clean launch with just those two tabs. (It drifts up to 850 mb and back down if I interact with them.)

This reminds me that back in the 80's, David Betz wrote an object-oriented lisp dialect called advsys for authoring text adventures. I recently rediscovered in on github at https://github.com/dbetz/advsys

There are CRDT algorithms that are similar to this. Some pick from the middle, some from one end or the other and some randomize the choice. It's the solution I'd probably go with for this specific problem (maybe with a bigger al
