Seems like a narrow understanding of a ponzi scheme based on a particular execution of the concept. I think Doge could still be correctly branded a ponzi scheme, since the returns for an investor is essentially tied to the number of suckers

TLDR: they didn't do much math on the revenues and expenses. Even with a product that's an outright winner, it is hard to be successful if you do not have basic financial sense.

Wrong. Apple sells its software for an extremely high margin already. When you buy Apple hardware, you are locked in to use Apple software and nothing else. A hardware vendor like LG/Oppo/Xiaomi would rely on Android, a commodity
