He admitted to it and said he tried to settle earlier and failed. But yeah, what’s your Coinbase source? Everyone at Coinbase? Because BAT is still listed on Coinbase.

When you say the founder of Monero do you mean the guy that was arrested recently for embezzlement?

No, anti vax means you're against vaccines that are prudent. Like if you got bit by a dog with rabies but refused the rabies vaccine.

I don't think this is how we reach people. The antivax people I know aren't won over by seeing a public health official on TV or in the news. The person most likely to reach them is their physician -- but only if they are a strong

There have discussions of requiring staking BAT for advertising on Brave search. Probably won't happen because BAT is meant to be a utility token and this could piss off the regulators. > I think the general idea of earning tokens

> Crypto is pretty much a minor leftover relic of Brave's startup strategy How do you think Brave makes money?

A lot of users post comments about Brave that are inaccurate. They haven't done their research because "crypto is a ponzi" and learning about crypto would make them complicit or something. Unfortunately, this sort of attitude

Fuzzy memory, huh? Machine learning is local. The data is never shared with Brave or advertisers.

Block ads and display opt-in ads as notifications. It's not a substitution or replacement.

The money comes from advertisers. The advertisers pay Brave and then Brave buys BAT off the open market to distribute to users.

Which has to terrify Google: You don't need to have the best product to grow, get users, and improve.

You think Brave paying users to view ads and doing machine learning locally is worse than Google tracking you and showing you ads?

Have you seen the comments when one of Paul Graham’s essays is posted? Isn’t it kind of strange to be hanging on a VC funded forum that supports crypto?

Sam Altman invested in Worldcoin. And VC’s are investing in crypto startups as well. Is there a YC partner that has never invested in a crypto company? I would love to know.
