   Nope, but a ticket helps them track it, helps make your request more durable, more likely to be developed into a higher resolution of detail, and ultimately more likely to be fulfilled.

   Hi Stephen, Congratulations on your great aspirations and willingness to pursue them with hard work! If it doesn't work out for you in California, I suggest moving to Buenos Aires. Although I am from California, I lived there for many
