Really cool for joins. It would be nice to be able to adjust the speed after you already started an animation, and maybe play/pause. I also expected to be able to type into the duration box, maybe make it just a label rather than an in

It's clear a lot of effort went into this, well done. It looks like you are doing a lot of svg/path manipulation. I am curious if you are using any particular libraries under the hood for that? How do you walk the balance between

I think his criticism of that approach is that you end up with a bunch of index.tsx tabs open in your IDE and it can be hard to tell what is what. My approach is similar to his, but is simplified to have one index at the top of the componen

The drag handles are a bit finicky/small to grab, and would be nice to be able to set the heights as a group. Otherwise great!

Congrats on launching your book. I would invest more in the design of your site, it looks dated and makes me assume the content of the book itself is thus dated. It would be nice to see a sample, maybe consider publishing the first couple c

Minor gripe: double clicking a hex color selects just the value and not the hash, which is good for text entry, but annoying when pasting a previously copied hex colour and you get ##ABCDEF. Might be nice to remove the duplicate ## or somet

Yeah, I would have considered adding ball with the same styling as the other drag handles at the tip, and remove the ball at the center pivot point. Mimicking the affordance elsewhere, behavior can stay the same as is.

Adding padding instead of increasing the size would accomplish a similar goal.

Any more details you are willing to share on how the shared code is imported and extended on the platform side? We have a similar split, and currently use lerna to publish a collection of individual packages that get imported and extended o

We also use Docusaurus. It has good defaults. If you are familiar with react, mdx (markdown + jsx) allows you to easily create and embed interactive react components. It's technically still in beta with frequent updates, and the occasi

Not a great solution, but you could create the links github style, then write a remark/rehype plugin that transforms them to Docusaurus style at build time. I would probably just live with it though.

You could build your own react image wrapper then use that component in the mdx and pass in two images, then display the appropriate one based on the current theme provider. Docusaurus makes using inline react components easy. You could als

I could see that easily being missed, it's not displayed as punycode in the firefox url bar.

There's something fun about single purpose domains. Might be neat to use an svg favicon that turns the lightbulb on only for darkmode.
