Good point. Never measured MHR explicitly although I know there are estimations. It’s probably between 55% and 65% of my MHR. It’s literally right at the transition point of being able to talk while running and not being able to haha

The magic exercise for me is jogging at least 3 miles at about a heart rate of 150-160. I consistently get 3 hours deep sleep according to the AutoSleep app and dream heavily. Otherwise I’m usually getting 1-1.5 hours deep sleep with other

These are excellent points, I think it’s underestimated how difficult it is to get approval and budget for a small project that doesn’t directly contribute to the bottom line or have huge savings. These small but impactful solutions using A

Excellent work! In a crowded space that’s pretty impressive to be profitable that quickly. How much maintenance/work on the product do you do per week excluding marketing and sales?

Ah, I dealt with this data entry manual process many times at work. We were able to build a few solutions to remove 80-90% of the human work for these processes. It took a few years to get good at but now I run a business that specializes i

I think that’s a severe underestimation of the impact of a popular and easy place of congregation. The center of power being the platform is how things work in the digital realm and the in-person realm. As a random example, if someone is sh

Seems like a bunch of these financial apps (like Personal Capital as well) are jumping on the cash management train. Seems like a good thing for their customers. Anyone have insight as to why this isn’t a good thing?
