Thats actually the best structure for reddit because of its coopertive nature, and the difficulty of making money from it without compromising its essential nature.

All they have to do is keep the ship afloat until it goes public, once thats done they cash out with their millions/billions and then to hell with the site. They'll resign, get fired or whatever but they wont care because they

Too expensive now. I bought a 3060 a year ago and I'm not really seeing much of an improvement on the 1060 I was using. I'll probably keep this card for the next few years, I'm not chasing after an extra few FPS a year.

And then lose the moderators that make each sub Reddit work, they could do that, but then it would just turn into Voat eventually.

There is no other site more dependant on its users for its success than Reddit. There is no other site with more militant users that Reddit. If they want to they can and will cause havoc. Do you want to invest in something with such a volat

I visited San Fransisco in the late 90s, it was a fantastic place, one of the best cities I went to in th US. What happened? What caused it to get so bad?

It's never been a legitimate asset class, it's always been a speculative token, but it hasn't stopped billions being pumped into it by gullible "investors". The only thing that's going to stop the flow of funds

A bit of an exaggeration. There's more noise for sure, but you can get a lot more done on the internet now than you ever could before, with more new and useful things emerging all the time. And even if there are issues it's just a

My feeling is that they're prepping us for full disclosure. The evidence and witnesses that were seeing more recently are less fringe and more mainstream. They also don't seem to be trying as hard to debunk claims as they used to.

It won't kill it quite yet, but it will reduce demand. I expect the major players in the industry, who are quite litigious, will try to show that their IP was used to train the models so they'll try to get their cut stifle or kill

Original Digg was what reddit is now. And Reddit was what Hacker news is now. But luckily I cant see a mass migration here from reddit. I cant even see a reddit replacement. Discord is the platform of choice for discussion these days. Most

Its any view that they dont find acceptable however mild they may be. If you dont fit into their political world view you're likely to be banned. Discussion unless you subscribe the dominant viewpoints is almost impossible on reddit. S

The headset looks like an amazing product on paper, buts it's pricing is way out of the normal apple range. Whe the iPod, iPhone, iPad, watch came out, they were expensive but affordable. Enough to build up market share and make app st

Vision Pro implies a non-pro version could be possible. Cheaper and less funcionality. Either way its an interesting new product and knowing apple they wont ditch it after a couple of years. At this price its just going to be the pro users

When the Bluesky and the Facebook competitors launch I can see a lot of big firms moving across to those and leaving Twitter behind. Twitter is going to become the Fox news of social media I think. Lots of hardcore maga, funded by ads from

Time for Congress to step in and clarify the issue, which is unlikely considering how divided they are over everything. The only outcome is not to buy from a direct listing.

Were they barking up the wrong tree with Watson? They just seemed to give up while Google and Open AI just carried on going. Maybe it was their shortsighted decision to curtail basic research because it wasn't generating a return?
