If enough people reason like this, then yes, there is a possibility that Nintendo will release quality games for phones. I doubt that will prove to be the case though.

When talking about controls though, how different it is to develop is not a factor. These games are controlled as 2d games.

Perhaps. Would you be willing to pay ~$40 for it though? I don't believe the profit margins are high enough on mobile games to be interesting for productions like Pokémon or Mario. More likely, the mobile games will be free-to-play cra

No. I don't get it either. As long as you don't insist on having every window maximized, I don't see any benefit to tiling window managers at all. Simply clicking the window you want to use, along with Exposé is more than eno

Not at all. WYSIWYG never has worked well, and it's working even worse when your product is multi-channel or responsive, or mobile-first. Sure, if you stick to simple things like paragraphs or italicizing text, it kinda sorta works, b

This reminds me of the JSON license, which includes a clause stating that "The software shall be used for good, not evil." That particular clause has caused quite a bit of headache for PHP package maintainers, because technically

Couldn't you just have (by hand) created a tree/commit/branch referencing the object, pushed it to the server and then fetched it (possibly to a new clone)?

Education is of course always good. Just make sure that you're getting an education based on amassed scientific evidence, and not anecdotes, sampling bias, or low-quality studies in general. The best combination is still a properly edu

Or, rather than lying to the border agent (which I believe is a crime in the US, isn't it?), she could simply tell the truth: that she's visiting her husband and that she'll most likely be coerced to overstay her visa. That s

Being denied entry isn't illegal, and isn't necessarily going to adversely affect future entry attempts. Overstaying your visa, or illegally entering a country on the other hand is a crime. If you have committed crimes in a countr

The logos for Gimp and GNUstep aren't too bad. Hurd's logo would be okay too, if they changed the font.

Um... The last month, Github has had 99.939% uptime, Bitbucket has had 99.854%. In Github's case that corresponds to approximately 30 minutes of downtime, and in Bitbucket's case it's about 60 minutes. I think that given the

A nice concept, but it doesn't really have much to do with Git. It's just another SCM system, and the concepts are just as applicable to e.g. Mercurial as Git. There are enough differences from Git to make it quite incompatible

Yeah, Pilot Induced Oscillation. It was actually the same pilot too. Not to blame him though, of course. Looking at the statistics though, the Gripen has been in very few accidents compared to other fighter jets.

The question isn't whether one F22 can beat one Gripen. The question is whether one F22 beats three Gripen (seeing as how the F22 is three times as expensive).
