IMHO this really is what's gonna make or break this product. Will the screens have good enough fidelity and not strain my eyes in such a way that I will want to wear the headset for my entire work day.

This is fun, however, when picking "easy" debates (I argued that it's wrong to kill humans for fun), it was very difficult to get the AI to actually debate me. It went out of it's way to make sure to tell me that it agre

No, but you need to have a cash register approved by the tax authority. The cash register used by Coop the part of the system that was attacked. Coop could switch to a different approved cash register system, but that's presumably a

Developing in a cloud VM is painful in other regards, specifically with regards to IDEs. Basically your options become to use a local IDE, with slow access to your files (not fun when PHPStorm needs to re-index your vendor directory), or to

That's quite a comparison for someone working at Facebook naming a small open source project the same generic name and then publishing it to Github Marketplace for free without mentioning Facebook at all, but I'll play along: Yes,

Surely the complaint isn't that facebook/react-native switched out which action they're using though, but that the author of hramos/label-actions (presumably hramos) published his action to the marketplace, specifically

Is this really Facebook taking that name, or just an engineer working at Facebook who did an open source project in his free time? The hramos/label-actions repo doesn't seem to mention Facebook at all? It's kind of a weird mo

Apart from breach of contract (which is already mentioned), there’s also the practical issue of acquiring a license. Apple no longer sells licenses for macOS separately. This means that getting ahold of a macOS license without resorting to

You can still make a device with easily replaceable batteries water resistant (or even water proof), but it's easier (read: less bulky) to do it with a non-replaceable battery. Compactness is definitely a major tradeoff though.

There is, but as far as I know, it doesn't cover this. Apple would probably argue that it's instead covered by the App Store Review Guidelines, but I'm not really inclined to agree. This is the kind of thing that probably sho

I don't think that e.g. confidentiality clause in the rental agreement preventing the disclosure of the rent is unreasonable. It's not exactly the same thing, but I think it's fairly similar. Also, I find the idea that a bl

I don't think so. It's more akin to not posting a sign saying "our landlord charges us $5,000/month in rent" in a brick-and-mortar shop. At the end of the day there are costs associated with doing business online. I

As a counterpoint, those 30% account for more than just processing fees. Why should the average consumer be tasked with deciding whether a given cut is reasonable without knowing what that cut actually goes to?

IIRC Apple has the ability to push a blacklist of apps that has slipped through the review, preventing them from running, not just from being installed. To my understanding, they've only ever used it for actual malware though, not fo
