RF is extremely predictable. Its behavior was well predicted two decades ago. If you are predicting «happy path» only, then anything that deviates from «happy path» will surprise you. Peace time job for military headquarters is to predict «

I cannot understand why DDT is forbidden, but 10000x more powerful insecticides are not forbidden. WTF? Birds are dropping from the sky in Spring, because they have nothing to eat, because bugs are gone while seeds are not ready yet. Also,

Thank you for pointing it out. Spin-0 particles are round particles, like o (like ball), or something that cannot rotate at all. Spin-2 particles are symmetrical particles, like 8 (like H2 molecule). For spin-0, it can be changes in density

(Not a native speaker). Space is a mathematical abstraction. You can do anything with, because it's just math. If you want to bend, curve, distort, rip space, or add more dimensions — go for it. Physical medium should be compressible,

NATO is a defense alliance. If RF will directly attack a NATO country, then a nuclear war will begin. When a NATO country attacks another country, NATO will not be involved. EDIT: I'm wrong about Afghanistan.

If I read the paper correctly, the iterative approach considered as wasteful, and two-stage waterfall is recommended instead: documentation and planing at first stage, to find weak points first, then execution of the plan. IMHO, it was desi

Beta carotene is useless. Eyelid lifts, eye rolls, «snipping» corners of your monitor, frequent focus shifting (e.g. following of every tick on a ruler attached to your nose), are good for muscles, so they are recommended.
