Cool. I'm also living in a different country than the country where I was born. I also hate discrimination as much as the OP. Sadly I don't believe the control is in our hands. Usually people choose their governments via media now

I totally disagree. Jerk developer is always a jerk developer. Something more ... I think jerk developers are bad persons. Those are the racists guys/girls, the hotshots, the abusing coworkers people. The problem is in them ... It'

I've always had this scenario in my head ... Here is what I think you should do : 1. Tell your boss you quit, because of the facts you point here. Tell your co-workers you quit, because you are not satisfied with the job. ( You will ha

JSFiddle is much more slower than jsbin.com Another thing is that jsbin supports live-reload editing of html & css. For jsfiddle I have to hit RUN every time I edit HTML / CSS. Long time ago, when I was accumulating my stack overfl

I'm not sure how this support will be added though. So far the last WebStorm ( which arrived a month ago ) supports 1.6, but definitely not as good as let's say visual code. Example for that is lack of per module definition files

I couldn't do it. I live with my girlfriend and at the time when I had 40hr/week job it was just terrible to work on a side project. I was feeling tired and/or guilty in the same time. Then I decided to find a part-time job a

Yes they are very different things, but they don't contradict [1] most of the time. According to legal theory of positivism [2] what is written rule is a set of validated moral laws. And indeed, as I said my way of thinking gives me hu

Thank you for your honest answers. Let me respond to your counter question. I'm considering myself as an atheist. I graduated law and (but) I'm currently working in IT. What I found about myself and my own beliefs ( good vs. bad )

It would be far more reasonable if "nixar" was a set of aliases or just a bunch of bash scripts ... something like alias count='wc -l' or echo "#bin/sh\nsed \"1, \$1d\"" > drop

Thanks for that, it cleared a lot in my head in terms of actual facts. Sometimes is hard to read media when disasters like this happen, because they are too abstract about the events that happened.

Well If I write my code in a decent way, I wouldn't need to use that middleware. Another thing that pops up in my mind is scaling. What happens if I have 200 request to my front page for 1 second?

Super strange for me to read that. I'm freelancing web-dev in Berlin and I was always thinking that you work 24/7 in US for the same amount of money. Here I enjoy a heart-of-the-city-center apartment for 800 Euro ( ~60 sq.m. ), be

If you are talking about the "news"-articles, you are right. With the same arguments I could argue that >almost every< historical fact/source is somehow modified, according to political/moral/memory problems.
