I do. I run Postgres in the same server as the app in some apps, with no pgbouncer, no regret at all after 10+ years.

How are you folks handling secrets in a simple way? - sops , ansible vault and similar seems too weak given the agent is gonna read them at some point if you have the pass available. - proxy injection seems too complicated and doesn’t cove

This is not my case. Today Claude code coded three features in my client saas just perfectly. Medium complex ones but perfectly from the plan, tests, linter and pr. A good CLAUDE.md is enough. Skills for auxiliary tools like sentry, grafana

Actually, there was no search, only on-the-fly aggregations/filtering over "big data". ES was kind of famous at the time, although not the best tool for that job. afaik CH introduced FTS rececently.

Not the case for me. I tried .envs, ansible-vault and sops, and it always ends up reading the unencrypted ones for some reason, usually in debugging sessions, it finds a way to read them.
