It's actually PopOS 21.04, so pretty recent. Wayland is available if I wanted to ise it, but I remember running into other issues when tried.

Don't know why, but Firefox on my Ubuntu is slow AF. Scrolling pages is just a pain. Graphics acceleration seem to be enabled.. Chrome is buttery smooth though, so no idea how to fix FF

this phone was on my list, but I got the LG V60 instead, which is now available on eBay new for a big discount. the phone's a beast and it's got 3.5mm, external memory, and a huge battery.
