Also have Tesla (Model 3), I love the touch screen, but still would prefer physical control elements for heating/cooling/air flow control, and maybe also one to play next song. Basically what I use the most.

I would say individual, but then again it's a question of what is more fair -- individual bonuses, or team bonuses.
