I think you mean the ATMega168 and its power consumption is somewhat less than 0.0027W, while the BCM2835 is more like 2.5W, but regardless, I think you're defining overkill in terms of power, which is only one dimension, probably not the o

While the dictionary doesn't define atheism as holding a belief in evolution, I would suspect there is an extremely high correlation between them. It's always the religious fundamentalists that reject evolution because anyone with any kind

Amazing even in this modern era how much of culture revolves around mythology and provincialism. If we skipped the flag waving and the mod365 business, not to mention the time wasted bothering the deities (in triplicate) we might actually e

Like everyone else, I couldn't find what it did, but the tour https://secure.stairwayapp.com/tour albeit brief, it fully explanatory. I think the concept is great and that this has the potential to be actually very useful. From a product

I can't upgrade the RAM in my Canon 5D, the damn sensor is soldered on, and the damn thing has such tiny screws I can't repair it when it goes wrong. Useless, untenable design, if you ask me. They won't sell many of these...

Have you used PHP? Spend 5 minutes with it and you'll understand; a very expressive language, simple to learn, massive library of functions, massive number of examples to copy, no framework to learn, no syntactical overhead like in Java, pr

History has shown that with time these numbers shrink, there will come a time when the difference is between two very small numbers and that won't be a factor. It almost is. A couple of years. 4G LTE for example.

I was using Unix long before Linux came along, and you're right it was the fork that pushed the most for the desktop. Even though today I am using it as my desktop that's really only because I write server software. I think the main thrust

Isn't this really more the windowing environments and the driver support? Gone are the days when it was difficult to get a working UNIX installation, thanks to Linux, but as far as the kernel is concerned, I was happy with Solaris, NetBSD,

Yes. I wont be updating to IOS 6 unless there is a choice of mapping apps. I'm sure Apple maps will be a good product, but unless it's really as good as Google, or I can still install a Google maps app, then I will not update to 6. I'm less
