I wouldn't expect a mid-ranger phone to be fast and completely reliable. That's why it's just a mid-ranger. The price is a compromise; you get shitty radio hardware and shitty software so you get shitty videoconferencing.

Depends on the country, no? In Spain you get like 1 to 3 GB (depending on the operator) for 7€. And that's with very cheap operators with poor support.

If you're afraid of Google bombing, the redirect is not even necessary, just make sure the <link rel=canonical> tag contains the correct URL.

In the case of URLs, you can have /questions/:id/:slug, and then load the question by :id, but if :slug doesn't match the slug you've got in the database, then return 404.

Nope. Github Pages + releases disagree. I know of many applications that are distributed that way. Hexchat for example.
