That's the problem though. The setting isn't "Disable Motion." It's "Reduce Motion." They're doing what they say on the tin, it's just that what is said on the tin is _extremely_ vague.

This seems like a great introduction to the history. I have a problem with it, though. In the first example, the method compute_error_for_line_given_points is called with values 1, 2, [[3,6],[6,9],[12,18]]. Where did those values come from?

Sure. There will always be things out of our control in woodworking. Just like seatbelts won't save you in all circumstances. And there are still some people that drive without wearing seatbelts. It really comes down to personal prefer

To be fair, there's a link to the Mozilla Privacy Policy at the bottom of every add-on page, that explicitly states that they may use analytics (and even names Google Analytics).
