Most facts here are correct. Some are not(or a little bit outdated). For example Russia is actively attacking Kharkiv. I don't like Conflict word in the title. It's Russia-Ukraine war. Or maybe eve Russia+Belarus - Ukraine war.

The account was working for long time. And only when Ukrainian Army needed it the most - they blocked account freezing money. For example I've donated big sum to the account and Patreon locked all of it. Even if they return it later...

OptDuty [0] is ramen profitable in my place (like $1k per month) after 4 months from launching. Although it's still side project for me. Everything started from a Show HN post and one comment on HN. Majority of paying clients are from

Hi HN, This is side-project of mine. OptDuty manages PagerDuty's schedule in a smart way with vacation info and dev's preferences (timezone, lunch time, etc). It uses Discrete Optimization with MiniZinc's help. For now schedu

Conclusion: if you have choice between Electron vs Web app, Use Web app. It's safer and battle tested for years. Electron apps will have their IE6, Flash and Java situations.

I'm using same trick with my 5 years son. In past I've tried kids editions (like ticket to ride first jorney). But they become boring too fast. Plus kid like to play "real" game, not game for small kids.

Peter Norvig is the most inspiring genius in my coding world. I met(virtually) him via AI course in Udacity and since that time I enjoy all reading/watching from him. His book AI programming(Lisp version) is a gem that I enjoy reading.

Discrete optimization is the best course for me. It's really challenging one. I spend about a month for getting A score for all tasks - but it's rewarding experience. I miss professor Pascal. I hope he will create a second course!

For me one important addition to Hammerspoon is Karabiner-Elements. I've binded my right Command and Option in a way so all my Hammerspoon shortcuts are just 2 keys. Like Right Command+T to open terminal.
