I'm sure a minority of people have the same fear/reaction. If things remain shut down forever, I think this could translate to a majority of people. Other than that I think it will be business as usual.

The truth is nothing has changed for the younger generation. They still want to live and work in downtown cities. They still want to go to the office and mingle/network. HN is an echo chamber.

Hot take: Just turn off your camera. Video meetings where you sit at your desk and stare into your screen for an hour is just stupid. I do all my calls voice only while going for a walk or doing chores around the house.

I don't know how anyone can say that video calls and face-to-face time are equivalent with a straight face. Of course, this is my opinion, but it seems pretty obvious that in-person interaction is what builds relationships.
