   No idea how many people are paying for it, but there is https://www.ge-tracker.com/ for $2/month. I did the free trial a while back, but it was more fun to write a similar app that just uses data from the OSRS Wiki API

   I'd be interested to see the result of iterating on an image using these tools. Like go from high res to pixel art, back to high res etc.
