This reminds me of WebRTC and SIP technology. Chris Matthieu built something like this which is now http://www.Twelephone.com . But here you have to log in with your twitter account. Not 100% "I own everything" type of

The authors sentiments about why he disliked Medium are the exact reasons I've not moved over there yet. My concerns center around building an audience and being able to stay in contact with them. How am I supposed to give away an ema

NOTE: This doesn't mean you'll be a success. You may have found a market, but you need to do more customer development in order to really figure out if the market is large enough to sustain.

Best advise I can give here is to do what Steve Blank, Martel, and many other advisers/founders/etc say - If you can get a check for the product. Then you've sold it. Then there is demand. Until that money is in your hand, you just have an

Solution: each persons update is 60 seconds or less. If you need more ask the parties affected to stay after the standup. Teams should be 7 or less in numbers. This way the PM can properly focus. Follow that ... And it works wonders. Also

Been working remotely 100% of the time for over two years and my productivity is through the roof. In the office? Show up at 8 leave at 5? I'd get annoyed, burned out, not want to do anything and I has become a total clock watcher. 5pm, I'm
