Depending on the consistency you're going for, many are way better with it than other thickers. It's natural, and has a much lower impact on your blood glucose than flour. It's good stuff. Everyone should have it in their kit

Yours argument is coming from just a place of science denialism. Industry powers do not negate simple science. Come to me with scientific evidence and not fear mongering, and then we can talk on an equal field.

So things with scientific names are "ultra processed", and things with common names are not? That's just childish fear mongering. Everything is a chemical. Salt is sodium chloride. Ingredients should be assessed individually

I worked for a small very well oiled company, not really a "startup" but similar energy. We got gobbled up by a big company a number of years ago. The culture shock has been wild. We've largely managed to, in the face of corp

There wasn't even a "what is this" or "please explain". I feel like blocking should be reserved for disruptive behavior or spam. At best this seems like an accident, at worst it seems wildly immature.

I've been using the Verdana core web font on personal sites for close to twenty years now, I still think it's very readable and easy on the eyes. I find it generally more "well-kerned" than a lot of modern web fonts. Wor
