Yeah maybe FAANG health insurance IS better and cheaper, I don't know. But I do know the general populous is better off with their insurance in Aus than the US. It's not just about your insurance, but about everyones. Less homeles

What do you "try to". Just lie. Just say you took an extended holiday. People get fired all the time, and get new jobs.

The autocomplete popups are really cool. Does anyone know if there's a generic way to provide this for all tools with CLI's with help text? What about being able to parse a Programmable Completion file. I don't know much abou

I dislike the web bloat as much as anyone, but how exactly is Electron to blame here? Yes, the 503 error message is frustratingly obscure, but how is that the "webs" fault? If you had a native app here, it'd still be talking

Does anyone have any opinions on alternative stacks to GKE within GCP? My side project is all dockerized. We love that aspect. Google Cloud Run looks promising, but it's not available in Sydney, which rules it out for us unfortunately.

Well would you pay 10 dollars a liter to fill your car up, when you can get perfectly good fuel for $1.50 a liter?

Great advice. I find having a dependable routine helps me live a stress free life. When I am travelling, and that routine is disrupted, I feel uncomfortable and more stressed.

Absolutely agree with you when it comes to textual/structural information where merge conflicts can be solved easily. But for binary like formats, I feel often there is no way to resolve a conflict.
