I have a better idea. Bring some manufacturing back to the US. Container ships are already 2x as efficient as trains. You're going to get a lot of green-blinded yes-men in here so I'll chime in to say I don't believe in this.

I think the only legal issues is from an anti-competetive angle which the courts would have to settle. I don't think they are violating any sort of computer crime laws. It definitely feels slimy, though.
