Seriously, what a bad post. It would be way more interesting if the author went out and bought all of these items and compared them side-by-side. Yeah, no shit the Fruit of the Loom underwear is gonna be significantly cheaper. 170 year old

Not at all. From jQuery’s release to 2014 there were multiple phases of front-end frameworks. Backbone, Knockout, AngularJS, Ember. All of these had their time in the light during that phase. Most companies were already switched over to one

Just a friendly reminder that React is approaching a decade in life. There are no other competing frameworks that look to be taking it’s place. Not saying it will never go away, just that, maybe the front-end world has finally, significantl

Yes, if someone stole my car, I would definitely file a police report. The two here aren’t equivalent. One is stealing your car, the other is someone renting your car and then using it in an unauthorized manner. Again, it’s a shitty thing w

I dunno about you, but I got better things to do with my time than sue people for silly reasons. What the guy did is not right, but unless there was any damage it would be a waste of everyone’s time. Drop it off at a mechanic and have them

He should take it to a mechanic and have it inspected, if anything is off he then asks him to pay to get it fixed. If he doesn’t pay, then you sue. You don’t have to jump to suing people right away, god damn.

And? Do you think Americans are willing to give up everything they have and start warring with each other? Because a civil war will mean exactly that. You think inflation is bad, civil war would crater the economy like no modern-American ha

Again, that’s not the first time that’s happened. We’ve had worse and it didn’t lead to civil war. Think about what a civil war would entail. It is literally war between neighbors. You really think Americans are ready to kill each other en

I think you’re confusing people’s online rhetoric with their IRL interactions. If there was no civil war after 2008, there sure as hell won’t be one this time when people are doing better by most metrics. American’s financial situations ar

Oh yeah, remember the civil war of 1982? When inflation was 14% and The Fed raised rates to purposefully start a recession? Give me a break, we’ve been through much worse. Let’s stop with the FUD please.

That’s such bullshit. People here just have inherently less trust in the government providing good services. It has nothing to do with people below them on the socioeconomic ladder. People prefer the devil they know. That’s it.
