Nature and Biology gives us a very strong counterexample to this. If centralization was the stable form you would expect to see an overwhelming preponderance of it. Instead you will almost always see a blend of centralized and decentralized

The problem is that these systems are fundamentally unable to distinguish causation from correlation. Which is admittedly a hard prob even for humans, but at least we have some capacity to tease these out. In this case, the increased crime

As a name it seems like it will suffer greatly from overlap, making it difficult to find. If you search for "Burnout" it will be extremely hard to make it a top hit. Searching for "Burnout startup" or "Burnout softw

The whole point of offering patents is to encourage innovation. It’s extremely doubtful that the offer of patent exclusivity played any part in their push to develop this technology which makes this an obvious failure of the patent system,

All this means is that large net-worth individuals will increase the practice of keeping money within a corporate structure and using that for as many expenses as possible.

The way you talk about "choice" indicates you have a flawed and limited model of how choice actually works. Choices are contextual and entirely dependent upon circumstances. You should assume that people by-and-large make the best

Seems like this system is vulnerable to vote trading. Additional votes in a single category cost more so the logical move becomes to trade those additional votes to someone who wouldn't have voted for it in exchange for your vote on so

Laws that are narrow and targeted often times leave open loopholes. You can end up with a regulatory agency and various companies playing a game of cat and mouse leading to a huge regulatory burden and tons of wasted resources on both sides
