Something like a Thinkpad X1 extreme? Or maybe have a look at the P series - I vaguely remember something like the P51s might fit your bill - the modern equiv. They have a better keyboard than any previous macbook, and up to a 4K screen,

As a haematologist, I find my faith in how well something is going to work is often inverse to how new or expensive it is. Whereas I see many patients who really seem to put faith in a phase II drug or something only recently licensed. Ne

So I'm not wrong then? You're needing to cast an Int into a time duration in order to divide a time duration?

When I realised I couldn't divide a time period by a number or integer, the penny dropped that different languages excel at different things.

I feel like some of it is to do with the way R's generics work - being lisp-based and making use of promises. It allows for nice syntax / code while interfacing the C backend.

This read is amazing. This feels as much an exploration as visiting another planet or going to the extremes of the earth.

I was a similar age! I didn't have any form of internet, but a friend of mine was somehow able to source MODS, and they were the main music I listened to. Copying some MODS onto a floppy disc so that I could play them on OctaMED at h

As a side note - I think humans should require retaking their test on a regular basis. Maybe every 5 years, and just a short 'refresher' test on the way home from work. It would help find those who simply can't drive safely
