Very well put. Most experienced teams just execute very well and individuals can take on bigger roles while still seamlessly fitting into a bigger picture. I think there is a bit of a gut feeling when you have experience -- more likely yo

I love the idea. Its so hard to find good music on youtube bcs there is so much other content. Community curation is going to be a big thing. Nice work!

Where can I bet that Google will buy Uber and make self-driving Uber cars? (I am not joking, do people know where I can place a bet on this?)

I like your site. It looks nice. I think the big thing your missing is a grid or list view. Paging over all the themes one by one seems like a pain. Don' give up! keep going! Few more points: -You need to make it clear what filters

It would be cool to do this for not only the "whos hiring" posts but for every post on HN going back a 5 years to see the trend of what people are talking about.. Just a thought.

Looks like they are running on AWS -- you can see in the video "xlarge" and other systems types that are named the same in AWS. Interesting how they are playing some "tricks" to enable some cool capabilities. I am willin

I think there is a big craze with regard to ML. Most people just draw a black box call it ML/Brain/"hire data scientist" without realizing that for most nontrivial problems its not going to work like magic. Some of the

This post is not only badly formatted but also way off. Twitter, like Facebook, has a gold mine of data that they haven't started monetizing. Not only do they know good amount of personal data based on your profile, who you follow, w

I am always surprised by this point of view. 1) There is nothing wrong with taping together CRUD apps if it achieves a goal or makes a big impact for your startup 2) There is a good amount of grads that can't even tap CRUD apps togethe

I wish there was a site that had a time line for every startup out there. When they were founded, when they launched, when they hired. ect.. It would be interesting to study. Some good info: http://www.businessinsider.com/
