I'd just search around for tutorials and stuff on what you're looking at (PHP, JavaScript, etc). You really only need a basic understanding to get started. And that's what you really need to do...just get started. Ultimately you don't be

So, in the context of the SSO cookie, could tampering with the encrypted data be prevented by signing the ciphertext (please excuse the terminology if it's not correct)? What I mean by that is, encrypt the cookie's plaintext (e.g. "user=us

Haha reminds me of the quote from Richard Nixon's Head in Futurama: Listen here Missy, computers may be twice as fast as they were in 1973...

I agree with you in that the judge and jury probably didn't understand the first thing about patent at all. Unfortunately that's not what the lawsuit was about. It was that Apple was aware of the patent and infringed upon it anyways. I th

It's also not ideal because it's ratiometric to the supply voltage, not reference ground. They're reading the voltage across R2, and subtracting that from "5V" to determine the voltage across the sensor. There should also be an anti-aliasi

voltage divider: v_analog = 5V * R2/(R2 + VR1) it's pretty meaningless by itself, you also need to know the bit resolution of the ADC and reference voltage.

Pretty cool. 25nm dielectric spacing is very thin...more important than scaling (quantity/capacity) is whether or not it can handle the voltages necessary before breaking down.

I wonder why shorter methods would be inversely correlate with errors. Maybe it's, to some extent, similar to why so many people get confused by pointers: they lose track of where they are in the program.
