Before opening the comments I made a bet with myself that the top comment would be about how someone made flash games in the 2000s and nothing really replaced it in the coming years. :)

The conclusion of this would be that you can never license AI generated code since you can't get a release from the original authors. Of course in practice it would work exactly in the opposite fashion and AI generated code would be im

I love a few scenes. My favorite is the mob restaurant scene with the "tape" business. The whole thing is great. However in terms of tech, there's the scene where they have CCTV footage from the lingerie store where the top d

I am not privy to the inner workings of sociopaths' brains but it might be because they are supplying fuel to the US bases, or the word "American" in the company name, or maybe they are mad that Saudi Arabia got Bill Burr can

Iran's communication specifically calls these bases foreign soil. and "reassures" the host countries that the attacks are not against them. In this case it would be UK soil.

I checked wikipedia today. It's not a name change. It's an additional official name. One of many weird things Trump has done.

Are they not allowed to say department of defence? I know botj names are official now but this is a choice on their own blog.

Chinese retro handheld companies started to quietly remove specific information about RAM speed etc. You can even get different hardware per batch.

One guy had a misunderstanding and it was corrected. The rest is saying that it's like a time limited trial at the end of which they are hoping to have you as a paid customer, which seems accurate.

It has a more broad meaning of sharing like when a factory is dumping waste in a river, they are democratizing pollution. (i.e they get the benefits but everybody pays the cost.)

Human moral compass? Didn't he buy a bunch of houses in different states so he could be on more organ donor lists than any of us could? I am asking sincerely. Maybe it was a myth.

Yeah the weird thing is you could tell the same AI to write the opposite view and it would. I don't see what the endgame is in most of these things. Ego? Street cred?

The API is pretty extensive too. It works on a local socket that you can start on demand. (Lest people think there's a daemon or root requirement)

I am suspecting something like this too but what is the mechanism by which Google would have influence on the registrar? As far as they are concerned the domain is gone from their index.

It's like the domain registrar is acting like a vassal state. I don't think Google actually has any say in their decision.

It doesn't sound reasonable to me at all. Why would we think that the reasons google blacklists a domain would align perfectly with reasons a domain name would be suspended? In the end they don't seem to agree already since the do

That is the bit that jumped at me immediately too. Why would a registrar take it upon itself to suspend a domain that another entity entirely blacklisted as part of their own completely opaque process? Who is Google? God? On the flip side o

Opencode's 'web' command makes your local session run on the browser with same access rights as the cli. It's a pretty slick interface too. I sometimes use it instead of the cli even when I can access both. You can test

I use AI for coding, I don't want it on my browser. Actually I don't want it on Firefox. Let Brave be the AI browser. They could have used AI themselves to actually make their pathetic new split tab view usable.
