Going through a bout of it right now. :( I feel physically sick just thinking about joining the morning standup from home. Working remotely has made it cutting off from work much easier. I end up feeling anxious and guilty and sad all day.

Umm, yes? BCH is a shitcoin, and if you disagree, you can always fork Bisq. That is the whole point.

Coinbase can be the next Robinhood. It will be much better if the crypto community moved to decentralized exchanges like Bisq.

Mutexes in a single threaded event loop? Wut? This problem requires a compare-and-swap primitive, not mutexes.

How does it achieve full tail call elimination and csp while compiling to java bytecode?

Some of the top reasons for me: * immutability with persistent data structures * csp with core.async * encourages designing a data-driven functional core with an imperative shell * powerful REPL (better than python / scheme / rack

Yup, it's like the leadership is actively hostile towards community building. * Prismatic Schema, immensely popular, was "replaced" by spec, which is not yet complete and still in the research phase * leiningen (one of the be

Also India. Electronics are severely taxed and building a gaming rig costs a fortune over here. Stadia would be a blessing.

Clojure has core.async heavily inspired from go.

CL is like Python. You can write functional code, but that's not generally the norm.

With a REPL, you can connect to your running system and run code / edit existing functions, objects, etc. In a Python shell, for example, you can't redefine an existing function and see how it affects your system.

zsh + oh-my-zsh is a hassle-free batteries-included power-tool with a large community and lots of plugins. I don't use my shell for intensive computing so I've personally never perceived any slowness or clunkiness.

Will it be possible for you to make the Lua REPL publicly available? Would love to give it a spin with Spring RTS!

The REPL has spoilt me. Working with languages without a powerful REPL, even ones with a shell like JS/Python/Lua/Ruby feels like a regression comparable to moving from zsh to windows cmd.
