I apologize in advance: 'cat /dev/location > /dev/null & python -m SimpleHTTPServer 80'. Totally crude but works, even when turning off the display.

Probably terrible data point, but running "nc -l -p 80" within the iSH shell app on iOS opens port 80 and is reachable from a desktop machine in the local network. iSH has requested the "Local network" permission at some

I, as a Linux user, built a similar system myself by getting an FTP account, mounting it locally with curlftpfs and then using git on the mounted filesystem.

How exactly does that work? I get the sending part, but how does any keyboard app read received messages to decrypt them? Edit: nevermind: found the „use clipboard to read messages“ line

Not OP, but I quit 10 years ago without a clear plan with around 1.5 years of runway. Did a bit of freelancing after that and now run my own company. I'm usually more on the risk-averse side of things, but that felt safe enough for me.

I think that's what program_pubkey[1] is preventing. While you could still flash other EEPROMs, their then mandatory public key would not match the hash written to the OTP. [1] https://www.raspberrypi.com/documentation&

The Pi4 has true hardware support for secure boot. If set up correctly, you won't be able to boot anything not properly signed. An incomplete overview of how this works is: * Instead of having all boot related files (start4.elf, kernel

Not that this contributes a lot to the overall discussion, but from what I remember, the misalignment in that case wasn't necessary. Vertices could have the same coordinate, but it's just easier in the editor to build that stair c

Iirc not a single sector, but you could built impossible spaces like that using multiple sectors with the restriction that overlapping sectors must not be visible at the same time. Otherwise you would get rendering glitches. In addition to

This is really impressively bad ( https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=o1g1okoQJEE ). The glitching alone is enough to not trust this thing one bit, but it's not even able to prevent other predicted cars from clipping into ea

I hope this doesn't sound negative, but I'm curious about the converging feature set of modeling software like blender and game engines like Unreal. From my total amateur point of view it seems game engines slowly get all those ni
