When he was playing, it was a lot harder to level. That being said, I doubt the reporter got it quite right, or simplified it intentionally, wistfully thinking non-nerds would be reading the article.

Anything the BPD is doing to circumvent warrants is obviously bad and needs to stop. I'm not arguing they should be allowed to do any of that stuff. What I am saying is there's nothing inherently wrong with arial surveillance,

There are not alternatives. I recommend you look at Google Loon before citing it as an actively running alternative in India. For the people who use Internet.org, there are literally no other ways to get online.

It is an all or nothing situation. You're asserting that you would take away internet.org. Since there is no alternative, that would leave the folks who must use internet.org with nothing . I apologize for the account swapping --
