Perhaps the real fear is the community degrading the way of Digg or Reddit? Personally, I chuckled at the comment. However the thought of HN being overrun by hordes of interwebz meme spitting, boob picture posting trolls did cross my mind.

It's an important lesson not to feed the trolls. Some people have way too much free time on their hands. Anyone wanting to remain productive cannot fall into the flame war trap.

I would highly suggest you get a license to feature the lyrics on your site if you intend on going mainstream. Aside from legal troubles you could face, I think intellectual property should be respected. Using someone's copyrighted material

5GB for $29.95 is hardly fair. Web hosting companies have found ways to increase bandwidth and keep plan prices at same or lower levels. Why can telcos do the same? $5.99 per GB is a ripoff. I have already called Time Warner Cable and warne
