As I said in previous post --- if I were writing a letter to my son, it would be a private affair and not posting it worldwide on FB. Also, there is a huge difference between pledging to donate during our lifetime and "donating".

The point is --- there was no real need to even mention this on an FB post! the CEO is also an employee and he could have done this more privately. I hate it when top CEOs try to prove that love "work-life" balance when in reality

The post does not add any value -- "you are not at a disadvantage" means we are evaluating everyone with the same scale. Why should this be a surprise? this is the least we would expect anyway.
