Not sure why all of this is "new research"? the more time you spend on something, the better you get at it. Yes, if you spend a couple of days on something, you will know more than a beginner and if you spend a couple of years, you might be termed an industry expert.
- Cakez0r 11y agoI think the point is that your expertise doesn't grow linearly with the amount of time you spend. It might take you 10,000 hours to find yourself in the top 5% of the population for a particular skill, but you can maybe get to the top quartile in 100 hours, which is probably good enough.
