Is anybody using this? What do you like about it versus a more typical linux or unix? Is hardware support good enough to run on a relatively recent laptop?

I've taken a forgive them for they know not what they do approach, but I think a power/reputation-grab explanation better fits the facts from my experience. In other words, let the weeds grow with the wheat, and when it's t

Google and others are literally tripping over each other to virtue-signal these days. That said, this has to be a bug.

SJW would rewrite history if they could, doing away with anything that didn't agree completely with whatever they consider moral. This is far more horrifying to me than the fact that Churchill held beliefs largely in line with his gene

You literally have to install a special tool to configure the look and feel. Did you miss the whole thing about how gnome devs don't want user themes to be supported? Or how they are forcing csd and dropping menus and config left and r

There are parallels with the Gnome team's stance that "we know what's best for you", and that turns off a lot of linux users. There is a tension between those who wish to turn linux into Mac OS or Windows, and those who

I've been doing this for 10 years, but as a 10x ninja I clearly have racked up 100 man-years of shitting out c. Jokes aside, i wish I worked with guys who have so much experience. I'm sure it would be humbling.

Asyncio detractors have been drowned in a stream of assurances that, really, it's not that bad. Obviously it is, or this wouldn't be post #800 that promises to finally make asyncio clear to newcomers. Twisted sucks. It was a joke.
