Please accept an upvote for this wonderful comment. My experience bears out your view. Whilst there is good stress - the sort that can make us feel alive, the majority is harmful to a lot of people. I've long felt there is an epidemic

This is a good question and one that must vex most mental health practitioners. You list both states of mind and some potential mitigations. I'm a bit uncomfortable with the term neurotic myself as it can have dismissive connotations.

I would say that too much mis-informed talk is probably not a good idea. The balanced view would be to acknowledge those normal negative thoughts and emotions. And that is the crux of the issue. Knowing when those thoughts become abnormal i

No. I see an increase in mental health awareness in general across most media. Which is a good thing.

Indeed some are very recognisable once you start to hear them often. I can recommend [1] if you want to explore more. [1] https://www.sigidwiki.com/wiki/Signal_Identification_Guide

Thank you for the link and I need to spend some time to read the details. It was stated in the paper I read that tracking one of the proving flights failed but other flights had data which correlated to part of an aircraft's flight pat

The methodology of using aircraft scatter of radio signals encoded in the WSPR protocol is described in [1]. I was so sceptical when I heard about this - mainly due to the normally mangled reporting in mainstream media - that I really didn&

If I were to look at your code (or revisiting my own after some time) I'd know what <SideBarItem /> was likely for straight away. But I would need to construct the likely intent of the <div> version in my mind. Of cour

Yes, of course, high performance graphics is better closer to the display hardware. But I've felt that the terminology of server side rendering w.r.t. the web seems to imply something else in my mind. I agree with your comment but, to

Seems logical to me when the technology of the era is taken into account. Having the application code running on the most powerful machine i.e the server and then sending the graphics commands to be rendered on your specialist graphics work

This looks really good. I like the compilation to a single binary. I'm already using Htmx with Flask for routing/templating. File based routing with a page as the unit of functionality sit well with me. The use of caret to denote

That's a really interesting view and I'll have to look into it a bit more. I used to be a professional sound recordist and was really fascinated by the craft that actors and voiceover artists put into their speech. The intonation,

Yes to your direct question. I can only share from my own experience. You have already made the biggest step by acknowledging how you feel. Seeking professional help is a must. One to one, in person, counselling was much, much better for me

Thanks. I read the overview and what looked like the lack of support for existing CSS framework and stylesheets prompted my question. Unless I'm misunderstanding how CSS support works here, I think this is a deal breaker for me at the

Nice work and good luck with future progress. One thing I could not find, skimming the docs, was where the CSS lives. Could I place my own existing css stylesheet(s) in the project? Would the snake_case equivalents just fall through to the

Thanks for the links and enjoyed reading about your technical creativity. I hadn't appreciated the extent of the C library on the Mac side. Lots of possibilities for integration.
