I hope it is. At the very least, they should be trying. It certainly won't be an overnight process, but with time and enough developer-friendly decisions / public guarantees, it could happen. They should start yesterday, though.

The other thing I like about this idea from a business perspective (if the host stays present) is that unlike with AirBnB, you don't have to worry as much about things like keys, lots of upkeep, insurance, etc. The barrier to entry for
