Hardware is a thing too. I post that from my work station. Bad cheap laptop, one really small and 12 years old monitor... Yeah that company is shitty. You really can't get how important that list is before working for a 0/12 compa

Want an answer? The real one? Let corporations attack each other via electronic attack. It will be far worse at the beginning. But once you really threaten the bottom line for free, security will come. I sadly see no other good way to have

Yes but the treaty itself is pretty precise. You can look at it, but basically : if it is not a direct attack on the North Atlantic country sovereign soil, NATO do not have to do anything.

Elixir and Erlang were built with a purpose. OCaml kitchen sink is due to use in prod btw. Like Erlang, it is a language that evolved with industry needs more than due to "research"

Sure. But... Then you enter the place where you get overloaded semantic. In particular... the fact that "Object need Classes !" or "Objects are a thing that encapsulate Functions with hidden state" I have some ideas for

Sooooo A process is a function running in its own context. A module is just a namespace to group some functions. But there is no real link to what an object brings. At best you could try to compare an OTP behaviour to a class but even that.

Full time university. Full time in company getting you degrees is... quite hard in France The "Professionelle" part is more about the fact that after it you should not continue studying but go for a career.

From my PoV : Pull the plug and wait to see if someone yell. If noone yell... then noone need to know. If someone yell, be sure to put your own contact proeminently everywhere. So that your management do not know. And just roll it back

I have a lot of family working in obgyn or genetic. The main problems of the products so far for male contraception is that they are not easily reversible. And there is not yet a really succesful idea for a reversible treatment. Tbh, there

I personally tend to think that PKD really rushed all his works. And it shows. As a ton of SF, his themes and the ideas behind are still really interesting, but it lacks a ton of polishing work.

Sure but 1 and 2 end up being the same. Because when you reach the limits you clone. The thing with parallelism is not reading. It is writing. So the best way ... is to have isolated computation then reconnect them at the end... and yes it

What do you mean by that. Because doing parallelism wrong is easy : do it. Parrallelism mean doing the same thing at the same time. The only way to not do it wrong is to not do it.
