Very nice to see that you acknowledge both the potential for privacy in P2P, but also the potential disaster it can cause for privacy. I think this gets talked about way too little. Every time I look at a new P2P or blockchain project, I wo

If anyone from Quad9 is still here, I have an interesting suggestion. While finding a legal solution, the resolvers could mark if a block was done due to a legal reason (ie. censorship), so that clients can react to that and ask another res

The only "tampering protection" is the error correction by the QR code. Proper protection would need a PKI, which would make it so complex, no one would use it. You always have to bullshit check the data anyway. Payee name + bank

In Europe, the EPC QR Code is taking off. Most bank apps support them, and they are making their way onto payment requests, both in paper and digitally. You then open your banking app and scan it manually. It's not exactly a link. Deta

Think out of the box: Just don't let the app connect to an IP it has not resolved a domain name for. That's what we can do with the Portmaster ( https://github.com/safing/portmaster ). Check it out!
