Your original comment before editing complained about using pdflatex as if it was not part of the pandoc toolchain. It was not about pandoc being universal.

I am not sure what the author thought was so pompous about nebula. It's unfortunate because it seems to have prevented them from reading the documentation. The ssh interface is used as a debug tool not a configuration tool: https:&#x

No, but sort of yes. This is from Ubuntu: "Interim releases will introduce new capabilities from Canonical and upstream open source projects, they serve as a proving ground for these new capabilities." https://ubuntu.co

You will be surprised to learn that pandoc uses latex for generating the PDF. It's barely hidden: https://www.pandoc.org/demo/example33/2.4-creating-a-pdf.htm...

I think one of the reasons is that mailing list usage expects/imposes some level of reflection time and editing between sending a new reply. Imagine if every time someone hit enter in slack/teams/discord a new email showed up

The developer is up front about the issue: > One of kitty's fundamental features is the ability to display fonts at arbitrary font sizes, which bitmap fonts are not suited for. > So if you like bitmap fonts, kitty is not for you.

I don't understand what an ssh client does that is useful as a separate thing from your terminal of choice and openssh. Why wouldn't you always just ssh through your terminal?

What about elevators, parking garages, basements? Network Attach messages are fairly common in the mobile device logs I have seen. Your "Recreational Paranoia" should include rebooting your iPhone more often.

I am not sure I agree with this. I don't think that running out of battery or rebooting a phone is that rare. But more importantly, if these events are noticeable and Alice does what you suggest she is probably going to highlight her

Was there an expectation that economic busts drove innovation? Am I naive to think booms not busts would be the engine for innovation?

That was it. It seemed like a golden age for a lot of different p2p privacy ideas. I don't know what a modern version of the conference would look like.

I can't remember the name of the Linux CD set I would buy. It had a red background and a picture of the globe. The cds contained slackware/sunsite/gnu etc. I think it started with an "I"... EDIT: Found it, wild nos

There is something weird with the charts. X is never 0 at the origin. And in the Linux vs OpenBSD graphs the data is missing for Linux when job=1.
