While I agree that it is frustrating to worry about offering things in different formats, JSON is not terrible, and it is much more compact while still being human readable. It is only natural that something easier to read and type than XML

Chip design has never stopped. I have a relative doing chip design who makes good money. Moore's law has been validated because of chip work and research that can be applied to it. Someone is doing it, why not you? But there is so much more

But a user should not be forced into using any of those things. imo, if I have an Apple monitor used by a large number of potential site visitors set at maximum resolution, then the page should at least center the div if you are going to do

I could have worded what I said differently and it would have remained one point. I guess that in fact proves the point that something can suck and still suck. I guess the problem was that it didn't suck by design.
