To me this sounds line a great way to give teachers non-curricular overtime pay. It’s good for all parties involved to have a face-to-face relationship, and a way for our public school teachers to supplement their income if they so desire.

Using bread flour really is one of those things that’s easy to miss but often times discourages first time bakers. The gluten makes a HUGE difference in the crumb and mouthfeel. Also tip for other busy bakers like myself that don’t want to

Both Costco and Trader Joe’s have a winning recipe: keep a limited amount of any one item, and do tests to see what that best item is. I trust that the tortilla chips at Costco are going to be pretty good even if I haven’t had them yet. Sam

I'd like to hear more about this rational. With a single writer, buffering channels can help smooth out inputs when the p90 is much higher than the average with channel writers but not readers. At least that's my impression.

All grid tie inverters shut off if power in the lines are down for safety reasons. You would need something special to switch over.

Here in CA the price is about 0.29c kWh, so that’s $2,275. Pretty comparable to running a generator.
