I fail to see how stating the country of origin is racist. I've seen some people refer to it as "Kung Flu", which is clearly and obviously racist. The argument that associating a virus to it's country of origin is wrong

Misplaced aggression. Consoles are still one of the most heavily optimized platform. The OS is doing a lot more these days those - voice chat, playing music, background downloads, etc etc

The infinite money cheat was leveraged by selling both calls and puts and underlying stock. Forced liquidation would trigger massive selling to unwind these positions

I'm definitely not interested in micromanaging, I just want to have some way to measure the effectiveness of the program. Certifications makes a whole lot of sense, because there's a required exam.

Because for responsible investors not swing trading the platform works just fine. I buy and accumulate shares over time and haven't had any issues. There might be some outage today but I was able to buy more shares without any issue

There is no fair context for that under the law. The name is trademarked so unless you have approval from Facebook to use their trademark then using it is not legal. It's not that complicated.
