I'm specialized in creating new mobile applications fast and flawless, but I can also help to improve existing applications. I would like to be involved in projects around remote communication platforms but I'm not limiting myself

Or rewind, reset the counter, load the protection, write down the number in one of those math copy books and fast forward to the same number every time. I still have a box full of tapes and those books.

You could permissionwall that stuff, just like iOS asks for permissions to ask your location. If a random website wants to mess with Local Storage I know that I need to turn around.

How you solve that particular business problem should be really easy to deduce from the code that you wrote to solve it. 2000 line functions that are one big switch / case statement don't fall into that category for example. So it

I've driven a BMW that featured a HUD for the driver and I think that would be a great way to display a lot more information that CarPlay and co do now on the console.

Sad but true, performance is possible in swift but it’s not very idiomatic and usually not safe. Rust still looks like Rust and it’s still safe when you have performant code.

It's hard to give exact examples now I'm not behind a Windows machine. But I didn't have a great time finding stuff on a non-English machine even when I typed in the name exactly as it appeared in the top bar when I finally f

I don't know what you like about it? When I use Windows I try to use it to find Control Panels to set up stuff and it does a horrible job at that. In macOS you'll find Disk Utility by typing "disk utility" in CMD+SPACE,

I think for applications like LinkedIn you're really better off leaving it on the web as you can kill all of their tracking with blockers, this is not possible with the mobile app. So I prefer to not use LinkedIn or Google products out

I still maintain applications that were started in Swift 1.x. But it looks a lot more like my old Objective-C code, it really took a while before my approaches changed.

I don't think SwiftUI will be stable until another two years or so. Swift 1 and 2 were alpha and beta tests, Swift 3 code kind of was the final language where 4 and 5 were cleaning up the API's and syntax and incrementally improvi

Interesting, in my experience getting a team that really works together instead of a bunch of people cobbled together with varying levels of competence and opinions on what's good is what is really puts a drag on a project. Basically:

The big difference is that nullability is the standard in Java and C# while in Swift it's the other way round, it's non-nullable unless you clearly indicate it's not.

The reason you use React Native is because you are platform independent, if this doesn't integrate with Android in more or less the same way it's a hard sell. I'm working with this myself (painting over WebRTC frames) and it&
