No, it was for a regular work visa. The person handling my case explicitly asked if I was applying for a BlueCard and I said no (because it does require a degree). At this point I'm blaming it on the situation being too different from

That's not my experience at all. The company that hired me went to great lengths to get the approval and got rejected every time. If you don't have a degree, it's more like a lottery that depends on whoever gets to see your c
